The Out Of Bounds Podcast returns for its third season and this year our co-host for the entire year will be Kansas City Chiefs Hall of Fame Linebacker Bobby Bell.

This week we talk about the grind of training camp and getting ready for the regular season.  Plus how things have changed from the days when Bobby Bell practiced to today’s modern day athletes.
